Therapeutic Massage and Integrative Bodywork are most beneficial when received regularly. Our rates are structured to encourage you to make your wellness a priority. If you’d like to treat yourself to regular self-care, a 10% discount is available for clients who schedule once a month.
If you are looking for an ongoing, intentional process of holistic healing to address the underlying causes of your discomfort, the 10 therapeutic session package at a 20% discount is your best option. This will allow you to set a personal intention around your physical and emotional health that will be revisited and built upon in each session.

24 HOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time you will not be charged for rescheduling or canceling.

IF YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, OR YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL COST OF YOUR SESSION.

The reason I have this policy is because notifying me of your intention to reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance gives me an opportunity to schedule someone else for that time slot. This is important because others may be on a waiting list or may also be looking for an opportunity to reschedule for a different time. As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated.
On occasion there will be understandable reasons for missing appointments, but exceptions to this policy will be rare.
